More details: These last 2 pairs have some dull spots on the patent. (ones in the photo are camera reflection only) They are not scuffs since they're unworn. They were stored on an out-of-the-way shelf and I suspect temperature changes may have affected the leather surface. Oddly, the top shoe in the box is fine, the bottom shoe has the dull spots. These variations in shininess are not obvious except by close checking and they tend to be along stitching lines and "handling" points of the manufacturing process. Other than that, they're really beautiful. FITTING: Shoes vary so we recommend comparing foot length with inside/insole measurements listed below, allowing space for legwear/wiggle room/growth - consultations always OK: Euro 27/US 10.5 = 7", Euro 29/US 12 = 7 1/2"
